The overall objective of our program is to educate and train interested culinary apprentices or interns in the basics of the culinary arts by combining on the job experience with assigned study materials. A graduate of our program will receive a Certification of Apprenticeship from Premier Resorts. Apprentices/Interns will be paid for all hours worked under the program. They will be responsible for buying books and study materials.
