- Trainee of the Rockies
Three meals a day will be provided Location: Rocky Maountains Area of Colorado 12 months trainee program in Rocky Mountain resorts in either: Guest Services Food Service Operation Facilities Management Recreation & Program Operations Information Technology
- Culinary Trainee at World Class Hotel Group
Culinary rotation will include experience in restaurant kitchens, pastry / bakery and banquet / garde manger. Located in Orlando, Florida Hotel will provide up to 14 days of free accommodation in the hotel upon arrival. J-1s must use this time to secure suitable local housing. Hotel will connect participants with local housing partners, but it is the participants responsibility to secure their own housing. Local housing costs approximately $400 per person, per month (based on sharing an apartment)
- Food & Beverage Trainee at World Class Hotel Group
Food and Beverage rotation will include exposure to all aspects of restaurant operation and exposure to the following roles: Host, Food Runner, Server Assistant, Beverage Server, Server and Busser. Training experience will mainly be in La Luce Restaurant, but cross training will also be available in other F&B areas within the hotel. Pay varies by position training in but ranges from $9.37 per hour, to $4.64 + Tips Located in Orlando, Florida Hotel will provide up to 14 days of free accommodation in the hotel upon arrival. Location: Deadwood, South Dakota Housing provided by employer and it is within walking distance of the hotel. Employer also provides transportation for occasional grocery shopping trips. Employer will provide transportation from Rapid City Airport upon arrival when sufficient advance notice is provided to employer.
- F&B Traineeat Casino & Gaming Resort
You will go through various stages of the Food & Beverage operation and learn gradually new skills from different perspectives. Location: Deadwood, South Dakota Housing provided by employer and it is within walking distance of the hotel. Employer also provides transportation for occasional grocery shopping trips. Culinary internship will include a focus on contemporary Creole cuisine with training in the prestigious Café Adelaide restaurant (www.cafeadelaide.com), Swizzle Stick Bar, Banquet and Room Service operations at the hotel Rotation will include exposure to Garde Manger, Meats / Butchery, Receiving and Storage of products, Saucier, Banquets and Catered events, while rotating through the hotel's culinary department. $11.10 ($11.50 after 90 days) Hotel will provide 2 weeks of free accommodation in the hotel upon arrival. J-1s must use this time to secure suitable local housing. Hotel will provide leads and recommendations on local housing. Local housing can cost between $800 - $1000 per month. Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

family style meal provided at the start of the each working day Location: Baton Rouge, Lousiana Employer will arrange hotel accommodation upon arrival. J-1 participants will need to use this time to locate their own housing in the area. We can also connect them with a Housing Partner that can assist with finding housing. Participants may have to pay a housing deposit and first month's rent prior to arrival. The company is expanding internationally and future opportunities with the company could exist in their new international locations, based on individual performance.

12 months trainee program with rotation in the restaurant operation: - Room Service - Pastry/Bakery - Banquet - Garde Manager Location: Charleston, West Virginia Hotel will arrange accommodation in housing that is within 2 miles of the hotel. Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a room and costs $75 per week. Rent is deducted from your paycheck. Overtime may be available based on the business needs of the hotel but it is not guaranteed.
