  • Front desk, housekeeping, F&B

    Work collaboratively with other guest service representatives as well as hotel staff to ensure proper completion of all front office duties / responsibilities. Coordinate all front house activities including, all aspects of the front desk, sales & marketing efforts, operations, and optimal guest service. Objective is to exceed all hotel franchise standards and comply with all Quality Assurance specifications while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

  • Housekeeping Management

    The trainee will go through every detail in restaurant management including ordering, staffing, accounting, management. Restaurants are in various locations. We have positions in Montana, California, Florida, Wisconsin, N. Dakota, Milwaukee, Denver.

  • Rotation Workers

    Workers within this department rotate between Housekeeping, Fudge Sales, Cappuccino Sales, Banquet Staff and Breakfast Staff jobs in the hotel. This position is available in Michigan.

  • Dock Porters

    The trainee will bring luggage to and from boat, pick up shipments and miscellaneous errands for the hotel. Dock Porters can earn excellent tips.

  • Rotation Workers

    Workers within this department rotate between Housekeeping, Fudge Sales, Cappuccino Sales, Banquet Staff and Breakfast Staff jobs in the hotel. This position is available in Michigan.

  • Desk Clerks and Office Assistant

    The trainee will go trough every aspect of the administration management which will include checking guest in and out, taking reservations, answering telephone, typing, clerical duties and as well as helping other members of the team in the Coffee department. We have this position in Michigan.

  • 6 Culinary, 2 Rooms Division, 2 Food & Beverage

    Internship positions will encompass the following rotations: Culinary = Banquet Kitchen, Garde Manger, Pastry Shop, Restaurant Kitchen. Rooms Division = Housekeeping/Housekeeping Management, Concierge, Front Desk, Rooms Control. Food & Beverage = Restaurants, Star (Room Service), Beverage and F&B Management Supervisory Team. Each property boasts 750 beautifully appointed rooms. Interns enjoy 1 free meal per shift worked, plus entrances into local amusement parks and venues.

  • Apprentice

    The overall objective of our program is to educate and train interested culinary apprentices or interns in the basics of the culinary arts by combining on the job experience with assigned study materials. A graduate of our program will receive a “Certification of Apprenticeship” from Premier Resorts. Apprentices/Interns will be paid for all hours worked under the program. They will be responsible for buying books and study materials.
