After 25 years on the chase for the best slow-smoked barbecue recepie, Dave Anderson finally opened his first Famous Dave's in 1994. The beginning of an era.

In this intensive training program, experience in all stages of the restaurant management operations will be developed by the trainees. From an initial orientation program, through customer service training and a wide variety of management disciplines. this step-by-step training will award the trainees with well rounded knowledge base and experience in the restaurant management business.Each trainee will have one special project assigned with the goal to either increase revenue or reduce spending of the brand or to increase guest or associate satisfaction.

Program Details:

Salary: The beginning salary from $ 7.25 and then will increase depending on the performance.

Duration: The program length is 12 months including holidays, starting in October, November, December 2009.

Accommodation: Apartments are arranged by the company and shared by the participants. Reasonable pricing.

Locations: Baltimore, Belair, Ocean City, Columbia, Hagerstown, Fredrick, Wheaton

Pre-requisite: - 21 - 35 years of age;

- Excellent level of English;

- Graduated or pursuing studies at a degree-or certificate-granting post-secondary academic institution in such fields of tourism, hospitality, food sciences

- If graduated: Graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to their exchange visitor program begin date

- Candidates could have a business administration degree if they also had 2-5 years of experience in food & beverage;
