Job Position Details: Internships in Boutique ski resort hotel. Candidates will train extensively in recipe preparation, be taught how the pantry station, fryer/grill station and saute station of the line work, understand daily set up, preparation and upkeep of the line. Candidates will be taught the preparation of all items following recipes to insure accuracy and consistency. Candidates will also learn inventory, ordering, receiving and storing of all produce, meats, fish, poultry, groceries and liquor. Development of relationships with vendors will be explained and practiced as well as proper food handling and rotation.

Shared onsite housing is provided for $500/month including utilities.

J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.
