Job Position Details: Will be scheduled for at least 32 hours per week, and will normally train between 32-40 hours per week.
Will be given a uniform shirt. Will need to provide their own pants and comfortable non slip foot wear.
Employer does not provide permanent housing and the students are responsible for air and ground transportation upon arrival and departure. But employer will provide 7 days housing in the hotel upon arrival at a rate of $70 per week and a list of local housing resources will be given to the participants to assist in finding suitable accommodations. Normally students find housing within walking or biking distance.

Pre-requisite: Good English Speaking Skills required. Must be studying on a culinary degree program / have previous kitchen line cook experience and have solid knife skills. Must be able to perform physically demanding work and be able to lift, carry and push heavy objects. Previous culinary experience in an international chain hotel preferred.
